Using Raahi School Transport

Raahi School Transport is intended for schools and the people they authorise for school transport operations. Access to a deployment does not create a right to view information outside the role or school approved for that user.

Users must use their own authorised account and must not share credentials or attempt to bypass school role controls. A school may require identity and mobile verification before access is activated.

Users may use the service only for legitimate school transport purposes. They must not probe for unauthorised access, interfere with journeys or records, misuse another person’s information, or use location information to track people who are not part of their authorised transport context.

Journey status, estimated timing and location are operational aids. GPS and connectivity can become stale or unavailable, so Raahi may explicitly show that live information cannot currently be confirmed. Schools and transport staff remain responsible for real-world transport decisions and safety procedures.

Participating schools are responsible for the accuracy of the school data they provide, assigning appropriate roles, maintaining authorised user relationships and obtaining any school-side permissions or notices required for their transport operations.

Raahi may update the service to improve security, reliability or transport operations. Temporary interruptions can occur because of maintenance, networks, third-party services or circumstances outside the application’s control.

Raahi’s software, interface, branding and product materials remain protected intellectual property. Schools retain responsibility for the operational data and materials they provide to their deployment, subject to the rights needed to operate the service.

Access may be restricted or disabled when a school removes a user, a role is no longer authorised, security is at risk, or use of the service is inconsistent with these terms or the school’s transport arrangements.

If a participating school has a separate written agreement for Raahi School Transport, that agreement governs the school’s commercial and service-specific terms where it differs from this public notice. Questions can be sent to choudhary.ajit2112@gmail.com.
